Got Report Favorites?

One of SmartPublisher’s report features is a handy one—selecting reports as favorites! Marking a report as a favorite provides a quick and easy way to filter the list of reports by those you use most often.

To choose a report as a favorite, click the star to the right of the report name. Clicking the star column header will constrain the list to only those reports marked as favorites. It’s that easy!

Features You Can Use

Send your SmartPublisher tasks to Google Calendar!

The latest release of SmartPublisher lets you link your Google account to instantly push the tasks you create to your Google calendar. Once connected:

– Newly created future SmartPublisher tasks will be added to your primary Google calendar.
– Tasks marked as “Done” will update the Google event when completed in SmartPublisher.
– Deleting a task will also automatically remove the event from your Google Calendar.

We’re excited to announce the latest release of SmartPublisher, version 7.5! This upgrade contains enhancements to existing features, as well as routine bug fixes and general improvements. A new credit card processing gateway option, Cardknox, will also be available.

Eligibility for this version will require a minimum of FileMaker 17 for both client workstations and the server. See the specs below and contact us to schedule your upgrade!

Rather than scheduling your Display web advertising into your print issues like your other ads, enter them as product charges instead. This new option allows the flexibility in scheduling you’ve come to love about product charges, while retaining ad production qualities—all with a product type of “Web Ad” that makes for easy searching and reports.

Features You Can Use: Letter Templates

No need to search through old emails and word processing documents while trying to compose a mail merge this holiday season. Let SmartPublisher store your letter text for you! Accessing your templates is quick and easy, and stored letter text can include information from your contacts and accounts, such as first and last names, account balances and last run dates. You can even keep your letters private, so no one else can use your templates. Great for collections, too!

Mailchimp Contact Upload

Did you know SmartPublisher lets you connect your Mailchimp account and upload your contacts—in just a few quick steps—for easy sync of your mail campaigns? Upload as many times as you like without removing existing contacts or making duplicate contacts in Mailchimp. Unsubscribes from Mailchimp will be managed separately, so your SmartPub contacts remain intact.
